How to Return Orders

On returns please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 15 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 7 days of delivery.
Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately three to four weeks.
Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.

Payments are taken via the PayPal secure web server. Once done, you will be redirected back to our website to obtain your payment receipt.
