What Payment Types Do You Accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS and all PAYPAL funding sources. We choose to use PayPal because we have discovered that they have the most security and convenience for our customers and for us. Please contact us if you have order issues. Also please email or call us if you plan to send payment via personal check, money order, cashier's check or paper payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has completely cleared.
What is the Typical Shipping Time?
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the time of year. For most items, customers should expect a 2 - 6 business day delivery time depending on the location.
What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service where possible. Orders are generally shipped within two to three business days.

How much will it cost to Ship my Order?
Shipping charges are calculated based on order characteristics such as item weights, package sizes and delivery address. The best way to determine how much it will cost to ship your order is to proceed to the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and click on continue. Your shipping charges and any discounts will appear along with your order total. You can always back out of the checkout process and revise your order.
Are all items on your Website Available?
We make every effort to ensure that the items which appear on our website are available at the time that you place your order. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated time of availability (ETA) and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. If an item is no longer available we will notify you as such and cancel your order for that item.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Since we are a Colorado business we charge sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado as required by law. We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside of Colorado.
Do you sell Wholesale?
No. We do not sell to wholesale accounts. We offer a wide variety of products which are manufactured or distributed by a number of resources. We offer these products at a very competitive price which prohibits us from offering additional discounts to other retailers..
